Stas Shurins returns to the Ukrainian scene with a dedication song to the Paralympics

The artist presented the motivational track You Can Be

Winner of the Ukrainian Star Factory, participant of the New Wave contest and The Voice Of Germany show Stas Shurins after a creative pause returns to the Ukrainian stage. He decided to do it with the motivational track, which he dedicated to all paralympic player, and also people with disability, which have to fight with daily difficulties.

“This song is special for me – the artist admits. – It is life-affirming, it is about the necessity to fight for your dreams, ideas, for life in general. I hope that the song will appeal to the listener, whom I really miss.”

 According to the artist, even before the start of his career, he dreamed of doing charity work and social activities, using his work to draw people’s attention to the pressing problems of our time.

“I devoted this song to the Paralympics precisely because it is one of the most striking examples of the struggle for life, an example of the struggle for right, the struggle against circumstances, the struggle against oneself, – says Stas Shurins. – I wanted to express my respect and delight for these heroes, thanks for their strength of will and spirit, which very often is lacking for all of us. I want to draw public attention to these courageous people, with the help of my song. The attention they are more than worthy.”

 The track You Can Be was the first single of the new album, the artist has been working on new album for several years. The premiere is schedule for this fall. Also, very soon, Stas Shurins will present a video clip for the track You Can Be, which was filmed in collaboration with the National Committee for Disabled Sports of Ukraine and the International Paralympic Committee.
